Organizational Communication and Employees Differences: An Organizational Ethnography

چکیده

This qualitative organizational ethnography aimed to determine the common issues or concerns in a state university. Respondents were chosen through convenience sampling. A researcher-made survey form was made and of State University. The gathered data coded analyzed content analysis. Results showed that communication employee individual differences most encountered by researchers concluded these affected University many forms. Thus, it is very important look into address such avoid serious problems future. Researchers ultimately add value interpersonal interactions. Current procedures can benefit greatly from simple yet effective changes. Individual are characteristics set humans apart one another. Each within group has unique manner acting. Understanding variations crucial because they affect how employees feel, think, behave.
